Albert Forward, center, retired last Tuesday from the Union Special Drainage District TPH (Tampico, Prophetstown and Hume) Commission, after 40 years of service. At left is his successor, Virgil Plautz. At right is Commissioner Arlyn Bush and standing is Clerk Orville Kuehl.
