FREDERICK  PHILIP  NUELLE

 

Frederick  P.  Nuelle  Succumbs  To  Illness

 

Prophetstown: - Frederick Philip Nuelle, 92, passed away at Community Hospital, Morrison, Saturday afternoon where he had been a patient for three days.

 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Yorktown, with the Rev. Emil Blobaum officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

 

He was born Oct. 20, 1877, in Milford, the son of Henry and Minnie Nuelle. He came to the Prophetstown area in 1927 where he spent most of the rest of his life.

 

He married Gertrude Mueller in Chicago.

 

He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

 

Survivors incluide four sons, Robert and Richard, Tampico; Edwin, Prophetstown; Elmer, Rockford; two daughters, Mrs. Elda Taets, Prophetstown; Mrs. Edith Warkins, Mt. Morris; 22 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.

 

He was preceded by his parents, wife, one son Walter, one daughter Laura, three brothers and two sisters.
