HARRY  ELMER  CHAPIN
 
Oakland Park, Fla. - Harry Elmer Chapin, 77, formerly of Tampico, died Monday in Oakland Park.
 
Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Christ Church, United Methodist in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Arrangements are being completed by Kraeer Funeral Home in Ft. Lauderdale.
 
Memorial may be made to Christ Church, United Methodist, Ft. Lauderdale, or to the American Heart Association.
 
Mr. Chapin attended Illinois Wesleyn University in Bloomington and operated Chapin's Creamery in Tampico until 1966.  He was a member of Christ Church, United Methodist of Ft. Lauderdale and was a member of the Tampico Masonic Lodge and O.E.S. in Tampico.
 
He is survived by his wife, Ruby, of Oakland Park, Fla, two sons, Samuel H of Glen Ellyn, William H. of Grayslake; one daughter, Sally Grahn of Nederland, Colo.; four grandchildren; one sister, Margaret Vickrey of Princeton, and one brother, Richard of Tennessee.
