HAZEL  FERNE (McKenzie)  GILLETTE
 
Mrs. Hazel Gillette Dies Sunday Morning
 
Tampico: - Mrs. Hazel Ferne Gillette 75, passed away Sunday morning at the Community General Hospital after an illness of sometime. 
 
She was born April 10, 1890, in Tampico, the daughter of Raymond and Lavina West McKenzie.  She attended the Tampico schools and college in Aurora.  She was a member of the Church of Christ of Tampico.
 
She is survived by three nieces, Mrs. Neil Glassburn, Williams, Ariz;  Mrs. Robert E. Schmitt, and Mrs. Dale Kelly both of Tampico.
 
She was preceded by her husband, Jesse; two brothers Ray and Clyde McKenzie.
 
Funeral services will be held at the Schmitt Funeral Chapel at 2 p.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Danny Phillips of the Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in Tampico.
 
Friends may call at the chapel after 7 p.m. Monday.
