CARL  W.  WOELLERT

Tampico: - Carl W. Woellert, 74, of 4512 Luther Road, Tampico, died Friday morning at Community General Hospital following a short illness.  Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Walnut.  Rev. Karl Weinrich, pastor, will officiate.  Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park Cemetery in Ottawa. There will be no visitation.  Funeral arrangements were made by the Garland Funeral Home in Walnut.  A memorial has been established in his memory to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Building Fund.

Mr. Woellert was born on Oct. 30, 1911 in Farm Ridge Township, LaSalle County, the son of Charles and Fredericka (Yenne) Woellert.  He was united in marriage to Eileen Bohm on July 4, 1945 in Sterling.  He farmed in the Tampico area during his lifetime and was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his wife, Eileen, of Tampico, and one brother, Frederick of Tampico.  He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
