Bradley Alan Foy, 48, of Walnut died July 1, 2011 at Perry Memorial Hospital, Princeton.

Funeral service was at 2 p.m. on July 8 at the Norberg Memorial Home, Princeton with Rev. Jon Olinger officiating. Visitation was from 1-2 p.m. on July 8 at the memorial home. Private burial will be at a later date.

Mr. Foy was born Oct 30, 1962 in Princeton to Claire and Paula (Hoffman) Foy.

Survivors include four children, Brittany and Andrew Foy of Tuscola, Abigail Foy of Sterling and Katelyn Foy of Peru; his parents, Paula and Ray Coombes of Paris, Ill.; five half-siblings, Marshall (Becky) Foy of Tampico, Michelle (Terry) Carter of Walnut, Michael Foy of Portland, Ore., Steve (Jill) Coombes of Paris and Mary Cox of Hume; and his step-mother, Kala Foy.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

Mr. Foy graduated from Tuscola High School in 1980 and received his nursing degree from IVCC. He worked for Sterling Pavilion and was formerly employed at Heritage Manor.
