LUCY  (Sandrock)  LINAWEAVER

 Mrs. Harry Linaweaver Of Prophetstown Dies

 Prophetstown:  -  Mrs. Harry (Lucy) Linaweaver, 73, of Prophetstown, died early Friday morning at Morrison Community Hospital where she had been a patient for the past two months.  The body has been taken to the Gardner Funeral Home in Prophetstown where friends may call at the chapel.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:30i p.m. at the Prophetstown Methodist Church, with the Rev. Hollis Wharton of Walnut and the Rev. Stockton Swaney officiating.  Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Prophetstown.

Lucy Sandrock was born June 1, 1882 in Bureau County, the daughter of Barnhardt and Anna Lickhart Sandrock. She was educated at Woodward's Bluff School. She was married at her home near Prophetstown Jan. 1, 1902 to Harry Linaweaver of Sheffield.  She was a member of the Leon Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Clayton (Bertha) Clements, Prophetstown; one brother, Casper Sandrock, Morrison; one grandchild and one great grandchild. Four brothers and four sisters preceded her in death.
