MRS. ELIZABETH BOUND DIED ON SATURDAY

Prophetstown: - Mrs. Elizabeth June Bound, 83, passed away Saturday evening at the Morrison Community Hospital.

The body was removed to the Gardner Mortuary where friends may call. Funeral services will be in Gardner Chapel at 2 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. C. F. Chasteen, Methodist minister officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Elizabeth June Beechel was born August 16, 1872, at Hooppole, the daughter of Lewis and Catherine Oberle Beechel, and received her education in Hooppole schools. She married Luther J. Bound in Prophetstown on Nov. 17, 1895. She had lived in this community all her life.

Surviving are two sons, Earl and Orson and one daughter, Mrs. Hugo (Ida) Hecht, all of Prophetstown; one brother, three sisters, three grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1937, one brother, several sisters and one grandson.
