Thomas POPE, an aged citizen of Tampico, died at his home Dec. 28th at the age of 82. He was bron in Lincolnshire, England and came to this county when 19, settling on a farm north of Tampico. He married Frances STEWART in 1865. She with two sons and two daughters, Fred of Manchester, Ia., Grover of Tampico, Mrs. Charles WHEELOCK of Tampico, and Mrs. Henry WHITE of Osakis, Minn. Survive him.
