IDA YONK
Mrs. Ida Yonk, Manlius, Dies Thursday At Noon
 
Manlius: - Mrs. Ida Yonk died Thursday noon in the Linton nursing home in Sterling.  Death came following an illness of several months.
 
The body was removed to the Howard Johnson funeral home in Manlius where funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. (CST) Sunday.  Rev. G. F. Cook, pastor of the New Bedford Christian church, will conduct services.  Burial will be in the Tampico cemetery.
 
Mrs. Yonk was born Nov. 7, 1859 in Sweden and she came to the United States and to Prophetstown in 1889.  In November of 1892 she was married to Andrew Anderson of Princeton, who died in 1919. To this union three children were born.  One, Walter of Coleta, survives, as do a number of grandchildren.
 
Her two daughters, Mrs. Tillie Peterson and Mrs. Minnie Anderson preceded her in death.
 
She was married in 1923 to Louis Yonk of Manlius, who also preceded her
