James J. Woolums Services Monday
 
Prophetstown: - James Jason Woolums, 22 months, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald and Gale (Radcliffe) Woolums, of Prophetstown, died Friday morning at the University of Illinois hospital in Chicago.  Graveside services will be held Monday at the Leon Cemetery at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Marashal Esty officiating.  There will be no visitation.
 
He was born Dec. 30, 1974 in San Diego, Calif.
 
He is survived by his parents; one sister, Michelle, and one brother, Michael, both at home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell Radcliffe of Montebello, Calif., and maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Emma Radcliffe of Tulare, S.D.; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clark Woolums of Prophetstown and paternal great grandmother, Mrs. Alice Crandall of Prophetstown.
