Morrison:  Mrs. Juanita L. Hockman, 70, 610 Lincolnway East, Morrison, formerly of Tampico, was found dead Tuesday evening on a farm near Fulton of apparent natural causes.
 
Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Tampico Memorial Cemetery.  The Rev. Brad Wilson, pastor of the Tampico United Methodist Church, will officiate. There will be no visitation. The Garland Funeral Home, Tampico, is in charge of arrangements.  A memorial has been established in her memory.
 
Juanita Hockman was born on May 17, 1914 in Whiteside County.  In 1937 she married Ray Martin Hockman in Whiteside County. He preceded her on Feb. 7, 1972. She and her husband owned and operated the Tampico Cafe for many years and she moved to Morrison in 1979.  Most recently she was employed at the Whiteside County, Sheriffs Dept.  She was a member of the Tampico Chapter OES and served on the Tampico Cemetery Board.
   
She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, two sisters, and one brother in infancy.
