GRACE  (Pucker)  HARMENEN
 
Prophetstown: - Mrs. Grace Harmenen, 81, died Thurdsay in the Royal Palm Manor in West Palm Beach, Fla.
 
Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the Gardner Chapel in Prophetstown with Bruce Janes, pastor of the United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Prophetstown. Visitation will be Sunday from 5-8 p.m. in the funeral home.
 
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Heart Fund.
 
She was born Dec. 9, 1903 in Plymouth, the daughter of George and Jennie Halbrock Pucker. On Dec. 15, 1936 she was united in marriage to Herman Harmenen in Miami, Fla.  They farmed in Hume Township until moving in 1963. 
 
Mrs. Harmenen is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Hooks and Opal Mahn of West Palm Beach, Fla.;  and one brother Glenn Pucker of Rock Falls.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1979.
